Premier, succede di tutto tra Newcastle e Nottingham: lo scontro Champions va ai Magpies

Finisce 4-3 la sfida Champions League tra Newcastle e Nottingham. Nel primo tempo i Magpies, dopo il gol del vantaggio di Hudson-Odoi, hanno trovato quattro reti nel giro di undici minuti grazie alla doppietta di Isak e alle reti di Miley e Murphy. Nel secondo tempo l'ex Fiorentina Milenkovic e Yates hanno riaperto la sfida, ma i padroni di casa sono riusciti a conquistare una vittoria fondamentale.

Quarto posto per il Newcastle che aggancia il Manchester City, si riapre dunque la corsa all'Europa in Premier League. Secondo ko consecutivo per il Forest che ora rischia di sciupare tutto il vantaggio accumulato sulla squadra di Pep Guardiola.
